Slurry Pump Shell Wear Repair – With Photo

Repair the slurry pump shell on site

1. Disassemble the pump body
2. Wash the volute with steam and clean water to remove residual media;
3. Use tools to roughen the repaired part and expose the original metal;
4. Clean the surface dust with clean compressed air;
5. Brush SD3000 primer on the repaired part;
6. Reconcile Soleil carbon nano polymer materials in proportion;
7. Apply Soleil SD7400 material densely to the repaired part until the surface is smooth;
8. After the material is cured, install the sub-impeller;
9. Put into operation.
